It is important to note that the link will not work in Internet Explorer. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the day of arrival. No changes or cancellations are permitted within 72 hours of arrival.

Want to spend more time in Hershey? The Lodge is honoring HAP's group rate for two days prior to the event (May 9-11) and two days after the event (May 14-15). Guests should call the reservations line to make their reservations and the reservation agents will be able to assist with adjusting your reservation. Group rate on the shoulder dates is offered based on the availability of the Lodge and there is no guarantee that it will be available when requested.

Leadership Summit registration fee includes program content, continuing education credit, and meal functions.

HAP Member Rate: $399 ($449 after April 12)
HAP Associate Member Rate: $699
HAP Nonmember Rate: $999


Registrants are responsible for the full fee if cancellation is received after Friday, May 2.  There is a $75 administrative fee on all cancellations. Cancellations must be in writing.  No-shows will be billed.  Substitutions are permissible.
