Leadership Summit registration fee includes program content, continuing education credit, and meal functions.

HAP Member Rate: $399 ($449 after April 15)
HAP Associate Member Rate: $699
HAP Nonmember Rate: $999


Registrants are responsible for the full fee if cancellation is received after Friday, May 2.  There is a $75 administrative fee on all cancellations. Cancellations must be in writing.  No-shows will be billed.  Substitutions are permissible.
