Dr. Dani Bowie has over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence in health care systems through innovative staffing and scheduling technology initiatives that increase nurse engagement and reduce labor costs. Dr. Bowie has a DNP in Nursing with an emphasis in predictive scheduling and a master's degree in nursing administration. She has led several successful implementations of workforce management technology at various health care organizations, resulting in improved quality, efficiency, and satisfaction for both staff and patients.
