All recipients of Provider Relief Fund (PRF) payments agreed to specific Terms and Conditions to get this funding, and included in those conditions are specific audit and reporting requirements that must be complied with as specified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The reporting schedule is below:
