HAPAN LogoHAP Action Network (HAPAN) is an action-oriented community of hospital advocates who want to impact legislative change for a healthy Pennsylvania.

Take Action
Advocacy Tools

HAPAN advocates are the voices of health care advocacy. Together, we educate lawmakers about the policy issues impacting Pennsylvania hospitals, hospital teams, and communities throughout the commonwealth.

Our priorities include:

  • Strengthening Pennsylvania’s health care workforce
  • Ensuring workplace safety for hospital teams
  • Improving access to care
  • Preserving and increasing state funding for vital hospital programs and services
  • Addressing the behavioral health crisis

If you work in a Pennsylvania hospital and are passionate about health care issues, you are invited to join us to take action. HAPAN advocates receive action alerts from HAP, opportunities to advocate with state and federal lawmakers, training opportunities, and access to members-only advocacy resources.
