HAP Submits Comments on CMS Patient Safety Standards; Stresses Flexibility

HAP submitted comments to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on patient safety provisions. The provisions were contained in the proposed rule on notice of benefits and payment parameters for 2017, for qualified health plan issuers. These are the health insurance plans that operate in the federal insurance marketplace.
