Manager, Client Services—HAPevolve

HAPevolve, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP), is seeking a Manager, Client Services. This position coordinates activities and prepares materials to support the client experience for HAPevolve. Responsibilities include coordination of team members who provide consulting and custom education with a range of solutions for business, clinical and regulatory compliance challenges. This position supports the team by building relationships with clients, setting client expectations, and ensuring an exceptional experience. This position functions in both a project development and delivery capacity as HAPevolve develops and grows product lines. There will be a strong emphasis on project management and the successful delivery of products/services as part of a high functioning team. Direct client-facing responsibilities include proposal writing and collaborative presentation development. In addition, it will include responsibilities directing consultants and business partners.

Candidates for consideration must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, health care-related field or equivalent with five to seven years of progressively more responsible experience in consulting. Candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities, resolve complex challenges and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills. Must also be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with various groups, such as human resources and operations.
