The Pennsylvania Continuous Service Readiness Program (CSRP) is a joint effort between Joint Commission Resources (JCR) and The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) to structure and implement a program by which hospitals can receive education, consultation, and feedback on an ongoing basis from JCR and The Joint Commission (TJC) staff.

  • Discuss areas of opportunities from recently surveyed organizations
  • Understand how preventive analysis and leadership involvement can be leveraged to ensure sustained compliance

Continuing Education Credits

The Joint Commission is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE – UAN 0573-9999-16-026-L05-P), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the health care team. 

ANCC continuing education credits will be provided upon satisfying the requirements for successful completion of this continuing education program activity by attending education sessions and completing the online evaluation. Joint Commission Resources designates this continuing nursing education activity for 10 contact hours.

 

Pricing and Registration Information

Fee

$259 - Pennsylvania CSR Member

$399 - Pennsylvania Non-CSR Member

$459 - Non-Pennsylvania CSR Hospitals

This fee will be charged whether you elect to attend one day or both days. Registrations should be received by HAP no later than Thursday, April 18.

The registration fee covers instructional materials, program room fees, coffee breaks, and lunches. The monthly CSRP subscription fee paid by participating organizations to JCR partially offsets the cost of this conference.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants are responsible for the full fee if cancellation is received after Friday, April 19. There is a $50 administrative fee on all cancellations. Cancellations must be in writing. No-shows will be billed. Substitutions are permissible.

Program Materials

Green Event

This program is a green event. A link to the electronic workbook will be provided to you no later than 48 hours before the program date. Please either print the material or bring a device to view. Electrical outlets will be available in the meeting room.

There will be no printed material available the day of registration.

Overnight Accommodations

A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel for the nights of April 24-25. In order to guarantee yourself a room at the hotel, you must make reservations no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 3. After this time, reservations will be accepted on a space available, rate available basis, and you may not be guaranteed the group room rate of $124 per room, per night (single or double occupancy), plus taxes.

Please call the hotel directly at 717-564-5511 to make overnight accommodations and specify that you are attending the Continuous Sservice Readiness program in order to get the guaranteed rate.
