Registration is now open! The summit provides hospital leaders with opportunities for quality networking with health care policymakers, elected officials, and peers. The sessions blend coverage of trend updates with education and best practices, addressing the issues that matter most to hospitals.
Join colleagues, legislators and their staff, and administration officials at HAP's premier event for hospital and health system leaders. The session begins Wednesday, May 22, with preconference sessions, followed by a networking reception and dinner. The event will end on Thursday, May 23, with an awards lunch and motivational speaker.
A sell-out every year, this flagship event ensures direct access to more than 100 C-suite and executive staff of hospitals and health systems, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, physician and nurse leaders, administrators, government relations officers, and trustees from hospitals and health systems across Pennsylvania. Sponsors may attend all educational sessions and have dedicated space at the welcome reception. Individual reservations not canceled 48 hours before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax. Guests of the Hilton Harrisburg may park in the connecting Walnut Street parking garage at a reduced rate. Overnight guests will receive complimentary parking and meeting guests will be charged $5.00 (subject to change). Substitutions and Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be granted for written cancellation requests received or processed online by May 14. Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted. No refunds will be granted after May 15. There is a $50 administrative fee on all cancellations. Substitutions are permitted. No-shows will be billed. Walk-in registrations will require payment onsite.
