Issue and Recommended Action: As part of the Medical Assistance Reauthorization just completed, HAP agreed to a proposal from the Department of Human Services (DHS) to add measures to the Hospital Quality Incentive Program (HQIP) specific to the opioid epidemic. See attached Bulletin.
